Starting back on the P90x plan! I wrote a new program that includes running and other cross-training. I plan to complete the workouts in the gym when I get back to Boston and in front of the DVD in my basement while home on break.

Completed Workouts for December

The days highlighted in yellow are completed. I’ll update and repost the plan periodically I as move along. I’ll also add the Feb and March calendars when they get closer.

November 2010- I’ve started tagging all of my workout posts under the “workout” tag. When I have a new plan to share, I’ll add it here!

For now, my goal for November is to run 70 miles!

My Goal is to run a sub 2-hour half-marathon in October at the Boston Half Marathon.
